Monty Haltiner has been in the business for 15 years, is our Sommelier in residence and Store Manager. He's the most respected buyer in the region yet an approachable source of information for the beginner or the aficionado. Monty is also the best party planner in the area whether it's an intimate wine tasting for friends or large events.
In addition we have a very cultured staff to assist you!
John Lowey was the former lord and master of Llano Estacado Winery, Texas' largest premium vineyard operation. He was also the head of the Colorado Wine board for a time. Our customers love John's unique perspective on the wine he pours at our Friday and Saturday tastings and he will be available to help clients with food pairings over the holidays.
Amber Kinjerski .... A Level 1 Certified Sommelier and currently working on advanced certification she has worked at some of downtown's favorite eateries. Listening to her speak with customers is a treat for the entire staff. She is a real talent and we are thrilled that Amber will be working with us on Fridays plus the busy days ahead around Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Corrie Bonnar teaches public speaking at Mesa State so to say the least she is not bashful. She has spent a considerable time working in the restaurant trade and knows as much about the 350 styles of Craft and Imported Beer in the store as Monty and Jerry. She too has a working knowledge of pairing food with wine.

GIFT CERTIFICATES ...if you're not certain what your client's taste preferences are this option makes it easy!
WINE OF THE MONTH CLUB MEMBERSHIPS ...your customer will receive a bottle or 2 in your name for as many months as you like and we will notify you by email every time they pick up your gift!
GIFT BAGS AND PACKAGAING we have free gift wrapping at the store but for a nominal price we also have wine and bottle bags for all occasions. Most of us live here because of the outdoor activities so we also stock picnic sets too.
SO YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WINE OR LIQUOR ....Don't worry about it that's our job. We'll help you find something appropriate when it comes time to remember special clients . A day doesn't go by when we don't surf the store mixing and matching cases for customers or simply picking out a bottle for dinner. If you WISH you knew more about wine, come to our Free Friday and Saturday Wine Tastings in the store 2-7 PM. We run them all year long except for 3 weeks in December. You'll be an expert by the end of the year!
