As a special treat I am flying in my favorite importer, Clara White who will be happy to answer any of your questions related to Cheese. She and her brother are 2nd generation importers and are passionate about milk in it's ultimate form! |

A wine with lush aromatics and tons of flavor. On the nose, Kung Fu Girl is bursting with Asian pear, white peach and spring flowers. Apricot, pear, lime, and a pleasant minerality keep this off-dry wine at the perfect level of subtle sweetness.
Pair with savory, washed rind cheeses.

A full-bodied white wine virtually unknown in the States. Aromas of lemongrass, sweet basil and ?owers jump from the glass. Silky texture and lemongrass
?avors with good acid are just asking for shellfish. The favors build on the satisfying finish.

Flavors of lemon, apple, pear, pineapple and cantaloupe. A full cornucopia of fruit joined by a nutty, spicy, lightly oaky profile.
Pair with with washed rind cow's milk cheeses as well as many cow's milk blue cheeses.

Rose petals are readily apparent on the nose along with aromas of smoked spices and dark cherries. On the lighter side of medium-bodied, yet focused fruit and lively acidity keep it intensely flavored. Dark cherries dominate the flavors on the palate with notes of Asian spice, a hint of smoky oak, and raspberries coming to light on the lingering, mouthwatering finish.
Pair with natural rinded cow's milk cheeses.

Purple-colored, it offers up an alluring aromatic array of pain grille, smoke, violets, black cherry, and blackberry that jumps from the glass. On the palate it is medium- to full-bodied with gobs of ripe fruit, succulent flavors, soft tannins, and excellent balance.
Pair with cheeses with a higher salt content and wash rind cow’s milk cheese. Avoid Blue cheese.

Super-ripe red cherries lead to kirsch, earthiness, leather and spices as this full-bodied, tannic Rosso struts its stuff. The wine possesses exceptional depth, purity and class.
Pair with flavorful hard cheeses.

Domaine la Garrigue Vacqueyras
A blend of 80% Grenache and the rest Syrah, Mourvedre, and Cinsault, it reveals notes of smoked herbs, roasted meats, red and black fruits, medium to full body, a supple mouthfeel, silky tannins, and beautiful ripeness, purity, and length. This is a hedonistic, complex wine.
Pair with rich goat or Blue cheeses.

The nose offers some maple and mature berry aromas, while the palate pumps oak-infused black cherry fruit. Lengthy on the finish, with mocha and vanilla. It’s a bit toasty and woody, but overall it works like a charm.
Pair with cow's milk cheeses and washed rind varieties of cow's milk cheeses.

Great color, deep, dark garnet with a clean and bright red band in the rim. The aromas take a minute to come up, and then they take off into a blend of ripe berry and cherry with just a hint of new oak. We age the wine in both new and seasoned French and American oak.
Pair with Dutch Gouda and lighter Blue cheeses.
