Fragrant aromas of honeysuckle, peach and rose petals.  The wine has juicy red apple, lychee and spice character with good acidity.

CARTLIDGE & BROWN Pinot Noir 2006

Loads of baked chery/berry fruit character, along with anise, spice cake, and earthy notes.

Pair with poultry.

RUFFINO IL LEO Chianti 2006

Violets and ripe cherries, spicy scents of vanilla. Very smooth, yet fresh and lively. The long aftertaste leaves notes of mature cherries.    

Pair with wild rabbit.

CHATEAU PERALTA Cabernet 2004

Dense, deep color and an effusive nose signal

the bright, cherry fruit and flavors on the palate.

Pair with charred steak.

MICHAEL SULLBERG Chardonnay 2006

Tropical, spicy, toasted aromas of apple's, pear and a light buttery finish.  A balanced wine with a user friendly finish.

Pair with chilled shellfish.

PEIRANO ESTATE Chardonnay 2006

The aromas of vanilla & cream, along with peaches and bananas, entice a sip. Peaches, yellow apple, and lime blossom, while flavors of vanilla, cream and caramel.

Pair with smoked salmon.

MICHAEL SULLBERG Merlot 2005

This mouthwatering Merlot, aged in small French oak barrels, lends distinct aromatics of oak balanced with ample flavors of ripe cherries, blackberries and plum.

Pair with duck.

PEIRANO ESTATE Merlot 2006

Aromas of currant, cranberry and violet, with hints of toast, coffee and vanilla. Flavors, include cherry, sweet fruit, toast, anise and cinnamon.
